When a broker enrolls with their office details and provides a W-9, they will get a 10% rebate on ALL photo and video services rendered for their agents on a monthly basis.
*In order to qualify for the rebate, a monthly requirement must be met.*
how to qualify
Provide your Office info (licensed broker’s name, brokerage affiliation, address, W-9)
A minimum of 3 agents (excluding the broker) must create an account.
A minimum of 5 photoshoots performed within the qualifying month
Receive a Direct Deposit in your preferred account.
*if qualifications aren’t met, you simply don’t receive a rebate for that month’s services.*

that’s fine, there are no obligations to use our services, but if you have 3 or more agents that decide to use us for any reason and we shoot at least 5 homes in a qualifying month you still get the rebate.

it’s not a membership, when you send us enough business in a month we send you 10% back. that’s it. If you decide you don’t want the rebate we are happy to keep it :)
